Place the tips of your index fingers at the
corners of your eyes to stabilize the skin
when you do the next steps.
The exercises strengthen these surface eye muscles
and they strengthen the inner eye muscles.
Exercise 2
Exercise 2 builds and strengthens the inner eye muscles.
These muscles control movements of the eyeballs.
Look to your right and try to see your right ear.
Hold to count of 2 and relax.
Look to your left and try to see your
left ear. Hold to count of 2 and relax.
Look up to your right and try to see your
right eyebrow and hold as you count to 2.
Look up to your left and try to see your left eyebrow
as you hold to count of 2. By now you must be
feeling the inner muscles working hard for you.
Take a couple of deep breaths to supply the muscles with
oxygen then -
Look upward and try to see your forehead to a count of 2.
Close your eyes and place your index and middle finger
on the corners of your eyelids.
Try to open your eyes against resistance of your fingers.
Close your eyes and place your middle and ring
fingers over your eyes.Try to open your eyes
against the resistance of your fingers.
Place tips of your ring and
middle fingers against the brow
bone.
Keep the tips of your index fingers on the
corners of your eyes and
Push the skin above both eyes upward so
the eyes are open wide, wide
Now try to close your eyes as you
continue pushing skin upward.

Place your index fingers against

Place your thumbs against the
cheek bone
With tip of index fingers push the eyebrows up
so it pulls the upper eyelids wider and wider.
Use your thumbs to push the skin downward
so it pulls the lower eyelids down.
Hold index fingers and thumbs in place as you
try hard to close your eyes and count to three.
Relax and take a deep breath to resupply the eye
muscle with oxygen
Place your index fingers at corners of the eyes
with middle fingers resting on the under-eye
muscles.
Try to close both eyes harder so the under-eye
muscles work hard. Keep fingers in place to
count of 3. Repeat 3 times.
