AGING OF THE FACE CAN BE PREVENTED If you are over 30, nature has begun to diminish the size of your facial muscles and the collagen around them. Squint lines slowly form and cheeks begin to droop. If you want to prevent this, you can strengthen the muscles and stimulate collagen to grow by doing the exercises in my book.
