I was an ugly little kid with red hair, big ears, freckles and crooked teeth. When I was a teenager, I was told my pale skin would "wrinkle early" Ouch!
My teenage rebellion was a determination to do something to prevent that painful prediction

My book of face exercises was published
in 1996. Amazon.com sells it and a click
on the book will take you there if you
would like to check out my reviews.
By inventing and
using my face
exercises, I
prevented the
"wrinkle early"
prediction and my
self esteem was
given a boost. At
age 68 my smile is
that of a happier
person who wants to
share her new
exercises with
others.
JEANETTE JOHNSON'S NEW
FACE EXERCISES THAT MAKE YOU LOOK YOUNGER
THANK YOU FOR VISITING. I HOPE YOU WILL COME BACK AGAIN. i
AM STRUGGLING TO PUBLISH THIS SITE WITH NEW EXERCISES I'VE
BEEN WORKING ON FOR SEVERAL YEARS. CHECK BACK IN ABOUT

ONE LOOK YEARS YOUNGER.
Internal Aging
Begins Before 30
Before the 30th
birthday, facial
muscles begin
growing smaller and
the collagen around
them starts to
breakdown.
More Internal Aging
After 30, facial bones
do not replace all
their discarded old
bone cells with new
ones and the result
is a gradual loss of
bone size.
Facial muscles, collagen and bones are primary support systems of the face; when they lose
strength and size, the skin has less support and tiny lines begin to show.
Being exercised makes the muscles grow in size and strength and the collagen around them grows. Exercised
muscles tug on bones and this makes the bones produce new cells. This helps restore the skin's foundation.
FREE
EXERCISE

an exercise

I would like everyone who visits this site to know they do not have to age at mother nature's time table;
mother nature gives us lines in our 30's, more lines and a few sags in our 40's, the same in our 50's and
60's. This continues as long as we live. Keeping the face looking younger boosts self esteem and
increases self confidence. In our culture not much is said about keeping the face in shape; emphasis is
placed on the body. Keeping the body in shape means exercising body muscles. The same method
applies to keeping the face in shape so it won't look older when we need it to look younger.
This is the first step of an
exercise in Free Exercises For
Droopy Eyelids. The complete
exercise is on page 2.
HOW YOU CAN TELL IF YOU NEED TO DO FACE EXERCISES
If the image in your mirror says your cheeks don't have the fullness they once had, you need Cheek Building
Exercises. If your lower face has a sunken or saggy look, you need Face Lifting Exercises. If your neck lacks
firmness, you need Neck Firming Exercises. If you have squint lines under your eyes, you need the Squint Fighter. All
these exercises plus exercises for the lips, nose, and chin are included in my New Exercises. If your don't have
droopy eyelids, I encourage you to do the free exercises to keep your eye muscles in shape so you will not develop
droopy eyelids. All the exercises are an easy to do and they are the natural way to keep your face looking younger at
any age. They are on six pages of this website and when you join New Face Exercises you will have permanent
access to them.
I developed New Face Exercises in the years since the publication of
my book in 1996. I invented them as I grew older and wanted to
restore the youthful look I enjoyed in my early years. I included free
exercises for droopy eyelids so you can see how the new exercises
work.
