AGING OF THE FACE CAN BE PREVENTED

In each decade after 30, nature slowly diminishes the collagen around the
muscles of your face and the muscles weaken and grow smaller.

You can strengthen the muscles and stimulate growth of facial collagen   
by doing the face exercises on this website.

I developed the exercises after the publication of my book in 1996 and use
them daily.
