Before the 30th
birthday, facial
muscles begin
growing smaller
and the collagen
around them
starts to
breakdown.
After 30, facial
bones do not
replace all their
discarded old
bone cells with

the result is a

Your facial muscles are the primary support system of your face; They
begin losing strength and size before age 30. This means the skin has
less support and lines begin to show.
When you exercise these muscles, they grow in size and strength and
the collagen around them grows. This helps restore the skin's
foundation. Your facial bones also lose size when they age. When you
are exercising your facial muscles, they tug on the facial bones and this
makes the bones produce new cells and helps them keep their normal size.

In our culture not much is said about keeping the face in shape; emphasis is placed on the

HOW YOU CAN TELL IF YOU NEED TO DO the NEW FACE EXERCISES
If the image in your mirror says your cheeks don't have the fullness they once had, you need Cheek
